Henry joined Exponential-e as Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and is a board member, reporting to CEO Lee Wade. Henry brings with him 23 years' experience, having worked at a number of organisations including Vauxhall Motors, Electrolux and most recently as Finance Director at Kelway. Henry has extensive experience in managing complex financial operations for high growth businesses. With Exponential-e's ambitious growth plans over the coming years, his senior leadership experience will be invaluable at this pivotal time.

Afshin Attari holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, a MBA gained from the Henley Management College and a MSc. in Business Telecommunications from UCL, London. Afshin has held various senior positions within BT, its overseas joint ventures, O2 and KCOM. This has included spells in Engineering, Network Build, Business Management, Outsourcing, Sales / Marketing and Business Development. Afshin has executive responsibility for managing and growing exponential-e's Public Sector Business he SC cleared and Gold Command Trained and was the executive forward point O2 Airwave in Gold Command during the 7/7 London bombings and also the executive leading on the Hemel Hempstead Buncefield oil storage depot disaster / incident. Aside from work Afshin is married with one daughter and a keen sportsman and overseas traveller.

Director of Infrastructure at Exponential-e

With over 17 years of experience running service provider networks, Andrew is responsible for core network and DC infrastructure teams within Exponential-e managing the design and operations of services that run on various platforms. 

Andrew is an evangelist of new technologies and an advocate for continual improvement.

Jonathan brings experience from all spectrums of the IT lifecycle from engineering, design & development, strategy, consulting, service delivery, transformation and sales. His career spanning the last 17 years had been across multiple global system integrators such as Atos, Fujitsu and HP and for the past 10 years has been focussed around driving innovation to customers through the leverage of Cloud technology and services. His passion is helping customers harness new and emerging technologies and services to drive innovation within the business and be agile to respond to market change. At Exponential-e his core focus is supporting customers in transforming their IT services to enable the business to drive their digital transformation strategy, working with the teams across Exponential-e to drive innovative release of new services as well as strengthening Exponential-e’s Analyst, CIO and Partner community.
