Following the maintenance on the weekend, some Polycom handsets may not initialise and will require a reboot.
To carry this out please take the network cable out the back of the handset, wait 5 seconds and reinsert the cable.
If your handset is still not operational, please contact Exponential-e and provide the Model number of the affected handset and be ready to provide remote laptop access to the UC engineers.
