Customers may choose to change from Microsoft CSP Direct to one of the other available MSP programmes at any time via a simple contract change notification.

| Continuous monitoring of the health of Microsoft Cloud services | Ongoing automated service |
| Customer portal web-based environment linked to Microsoft Cloud | All Microsoft Cloud CSP environments can be managed by the customer, including adding/removing licenses or services, viewing the purchase history, provisioning new services (including Reserved Instances) directly from the portal, using automation features to ensure consistent cloud environments, reporting capabilities, etc. |
