Our academy has a proven record of producing high-calibre sales professionals, many of whom have gone on to have successful careers including leadership. Combining Sales and IT Technical training from award winning external training providers and the brightest in-house thinkers; our 13 month programme will teach you how to qualify leads, make cold calls, negotiate and close deals and provide you with a strong understanding of the company and IT industry.

Training Path

All members of the 2018 Sales Academy will commit to a 13 months training pathway which will include extensive
Sales Training combined with IT Technical understanding.

Extensive Induction and understanding the Exponential-e product portfolio together with an introduction to Sales.

Month 1

Month 3

Diving further into the Exponential-e product portfolio and learning how to open opportunities and prospect selling.

Apply learning to be more confident in the day to day activities. Sales Presentation skills and further IT elements will be covered.

Month 5

Month 8

Rotation across the service elements of the business to greater understand the Exponential-e customer journey.

Reflect on successes of prior learning and identify own learning gaps to continue developing further.

Month 10

Month 13

Portfolio building and presentations through to completion of your training pathway which will see you graduate with an IT Technical Sales Qualification which is externally recognised.

Career Path

We have many success stories from previous academy graduates who are now in Sales Management positions or even Senior Sales roles. Some have even been part of the 120% Club in their 2nd full year of holding a target.

This in depth telephone interview gives you and us a clear idea of how you’ll fit in with Exponential-e. We want to find out about your will and want to achieve, and see how you want to develop your career in sale.

Online Assessment

To ensure we recruit the right employees we need accurate insight. The online assessments help us understand your strengths and limitations, how you communicate and if you are a self starter.

Assessment Day

You’ll learn more about Exponential-e and meet some the management team and previous success stories, as well as taking part in group and individual activities to assess your suitability.

Following the assessment day we will be in touch with the successful candidates to confirm employment. Start date for the 2018 Academy is 5th March 2018.
